I purchased my first Harley-Davidson on 9/11/21. I can say, without any reservation, that the entire Cox Harley team is great to work with. They negotiated with me fairly and without undue pressure. I felt that I paid a fair price for the motorcycle and was never pressured in anyway to buy accessories or any additional products (extended warranties, etc.). The process was quick and relatively painless (unlike buying a car!). Scott Cagle was my salesman, but the entire team was professional and very friendly. I had taken the riding course at this dealership in July and they reimbursed me the cost of the class, which was a pleasant surprise.
